Through this form you may submit a financial grant request online from EFI. The first step is to create a new grant application, by clicking the link above. The information we will be asking for includes the following:
Title: The name of your project.
Summary: A short summary of the project, ideally no more than one paragraph.
Objectives: EFI is interested in supporting projects that are related to EFI's overall mission. Please use this section to list specific objectives of the project, specifically explaining how they will further EFI's goal of stimulating ongoing, long-term change in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and/or resource conservation.
Amount Requested: How much support are you asking EFI to provide?
Purpose of Funds: How, exactly, will the financial support that EFI provides be used? Is it to purchase specific materials, to pay staff, etc...?
Other Funding Sources: Let us know other sources of funding for your project.
Proposal Narrative: Provide a complete description of your project, ideally within the equivalent of three pages.

Within 1 to 2 weeks EFI will provide an estimate regarding the next review cycle during which your proposal will be considered. Questions may be directed to grants@efi.org, and we will do our best to respond in a timely way.
